A spacious condo tucked into the classic First Tracks location at the base of Creekside village, this gem was a true transformation. Gutting spaces like these and reinventing them with a new spin is what we love, especially when we get to see how amazed our clients are at the changes. A true testament to our clients, we brought in all kinds of elements that felt unique to their lifestyle and history, including Le Pell marble, patiná’d copper, concrete, weathered brass, and other amazing rugged finishes.
