Do you take on Vancouver residential projects?
Yes — selectively. We focus on full-scope renovations and select new builds, mostly in East Van, Mount Pleasant, and the North Shore. Reach out if your project might be a fit.
What commercial work have you done in Vancouver?
SRAM Canada marketing headquarters in North Vancouver, Moov Yoga Studio, Stilhavn Real Estate offices, and Chief Dental are among our commercial projects.
Do you charge differently for Vancouver projects?
No — fee structure is consistent regardless of geography. We do account for travel time on Vancouver projects and discuss it transparently in the proposal.
