Squamish is in the middle of a long building cycle, and the design work coming out of it reflects that — homes for people who are settling in, not passing through. Our Squamish projects tend to be ground-up new builds, full renovations of older homes, and select commercial work like Stilhavn Real Estate. Many of our clients are the same people we run into at Caffe Garibaldi. We are registered with IDIBC and IDC, and the studio is led directly by Lauren Ritz — there is no junior team the work gets handed off to.

Where exactly is your studio?
37758 3rd Avenue, in downtown Squamish. We’re open Monday through Friday by appointment.
Do you take on smaller Squamish projects — single rooms or kitchen-only?
Sometimes, depending on capacity and fit. We typically do best on full-scope projects, but we’ll always have an honest conversation about whether we’re the right studio for a smaller scope.
Do you work with Squamish builders specifically?
Yes. Most of our Squamish residential projects are with builders we’ve worked with for years. We also bring in trades from Whistler and Vancouver where it makes sense.
