Lauren reads every inquiry personally. If we can help, we'll reply with a few follow-up questions and propose times for a conversation — usually by phone or in our Squamish studio.
A 30–60 minute conversation about your project. We'll walk through your goals, site, timeline, and what a working relationship with us would look like. No commitment at this stage.
If it's a fit, we send a detailed design proposal: scope, phases, fee structure, deliverables, and a timeline. You review, we discuss, we either sign or part as friends.
